DESCRIPTION:

Organize the financial accounting of Baltic company groups, lead LT, LV, EE accounting teams;
Perform the functions of the chief accountant in the LT company;
Ensure asset, cash flow, tax planning and control;
Organize and prepare the financial data consolidation process of the group of companies;
To improve and supervise the accounting policy and regulatory procedures of the group of companies;
Prepare reports for the Board and other analytical material for managers;
Educate and motivate the manager. accounting team in LV and EE countries.

REQUIREMENTS:

Higher education (in the field of finance, economics, accounting);

3 years experience in the position of finance/accounting manager/chief accountant;

Team building and work delegation skills;

Good knowledge of Russian, English would be an advantage.
